First Artificial Intelligence Hospital in China: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is making waves in almost every industry, and it has even entered the healthcare sector. Stanford’s AI Town went viral on the internet last year, with 25 intelligent agents living and socialising in a place that was akin to a real-life Westworld. And now, Chinese researchers have developed an AI hospital town.
The world’s first AI hospital was built here
The world’s first artificial intelligence hospital has started in China’s capital Beijing. The name of this hospital is ‘Agent Hospital’. It has been prepared by researchers of Tsinghua University. This hospital has 14 AI doctors and 4 nurses. These doctors are capable of virtually treating more than 3 thousand patients daily. These doctors have been designed to identify diseases, make their treatment plan and help nurses support patients daily. This system will first be used to help in medical universities.

Ready to treat every kind of epidemic
Researchers say that these AI doctors will also be able to provide information regarding the spread of any kind of epidemic in the world and their treatment. According to the report, the agent hospital has answered the questions of American medical licensing with 93.6 percent accuracy. With their help, health facilities will be able to be provided to more people.
Technological revolution in the health sector
Recently, Chinese researchers told about this innovation done in the health sector in an interview. They said that the concept of iHospital is a new initiative for the treatment of patients through which AI doctors will be able to treat patients. This initiative can be very important not only for medical professionals but also for the general public.

Recently, researchers at Tsinghua University have developed an AI hospital called “Agent Hospital”. In this virtual world, all doctors, nurses and patients will be able to communicate with each other through Large Language Model (LLM)-based intelligent agents. In fact, AI doctors can treat 10,000 patients in just a few days. It would take human doctors at least two years to treat so many patients.
An excellent alternative to expensive healthcare services
From China’s point of view, this will help them treat billions of people quickly. Obviously, this will also teach India a lesson because India is second after China in terms of population. Apart from expensive healthcare services, China has recently faced many problems like shortage of doctors, traffic problems. In such a situation, if this innovation done through artificial intelligence proves to be completely successful, then it will bring a huge achievement for the health sector.
